Building Project, Multi-Family Project
We sat down in early spring 2021 and discussed with Daniel Toole Architecture to create a building around our favorite apartment homes. A textured masonry screen wraps a timber-framed stack of sixteen units. Construction will begin in early Summer 2022.

Project Overview
Another venture into beautiful Arbor Lodge. This location is walking distance to the park. A textured masonry screen wraps a timber-framed stack of sixteen units. The screen opens and closes based on the light, air, view and privacy needs of the spaces within. Each unit has light and air from at least two sides with a hidden, planted courtyard containing outdoor circulation at the heart of the building.
