Noting some of my wins here. There was the time I sold over one thousand hotdogs to patrons of Chelsea’s Roadhouse Pub in Delta Park. The bar belonged to my mom’s husband – they stationed me in the parking lot. That was in 1990. I was twelve and patrons were, I guess a little boozed and hungry, so I did well. I put my earnings toward a 1977 Jeep CJ 5, which I still drive today. Then there was the time I cut all the daffodils from my uncle’s front yard, sold them, and booked a ticket into Disneyland. A not-normal 14 year old in 92’. That same year I stopped raising wolves. I wasn’t six anymore so found interest in a new kind of beast called a motorcycle. I do however recall wolf companionship feeling like a great achievement. I rode my Harley across eight states when I returned from the ROTC Air Force at 19, but I did not ride the Harley to develop my first subdivision in Forest Grove at 24. I drove a Volvo. That subdivision taught me the legal term ‘quantum merit’.
